The 14th Congress of Finno-Ugric writers is finished and Estonia, the organising country, thanks all who participated either with a report or a concert, all the listeners, and the supporters and helpers.
The congress was supported – financially or in spirit – by Kersti Kaljulaid (the President of Estonia) the Estonian Writers’ Union, the city of Tartu, the cultural Endowment of Estonia, the Gambling Tax Council, the Finnish Embassy, the Hungarian Embassy, the Program of Kin peoples, and Fenno-Ugria.
Warm thanks to the friendly home of the Estonian National Museum – there isn’t any better place for this company to gather.
Our deepest gratitude goes to our extremely professional interpreters, to organisers and volunteers.
See you at the next congress in two years, in Cluj-Napoka, Transylvania, Romania (Kolozsvár in Hungarian)!
